Country house with barn and plot of land located in a quiet village in the countryside 45 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The property consists of a two-storey house, solid one level barn, annex and plot of land. The house has two floors connected via external staircase. The ground level has spacious common room which serves as corridor and connection to the living room and the other premise which was intended for a bath. The second floor has terrace, spacious corridor and three bedrooms. An annex has been built in the past at the front section of the house facing the street. It was intended for a double-sized garage but was later transformed into storage building. It was never fully completed so it can be reworked into living area or brought back to a state where it can serve its initial purpose. At the far end of the property one can find the barn which represents a solid storage building with one floor. It has three rooms and additional covered area at one of the corners. It can be reached over a path through the garden or over the driveway situated at the back of the house. The property comes with 750 sq.m. plot of land but there is a neighboring plot with roughly the same size which can be added to the current at a really low price thus doubling the size of the garden. The house is located in a quiet area within the limits of the village. It needs certain amount of investments for renovation but is otherwise with sound structure and spacious rooms. Most of the neighbors are old retired people who work in their gardens and look after a few animals like chicken, rabbits and goats and mind their own business without disturbing anybody. The village is about 40 km away from the regional capital city Vratsa. This area is popular among foreigners as there are properties here owned by people from Canada, UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, etc. The seat of the local council is in a big village about 8 miles away from here. There one can find a few grocery stores, general store, construction material store, police station, emergency room, farmers market, restaurant, gas station, bank and ATMs, pharmacy, kindergarten, primary school, library, etc. There one can catch a bus to Sofia or Vratsa too. The village where the property is situated also has a small grocery store and post office as well as cafe-bar. There are two other villages within 5-6 miles distance from here that also provide cafe-bars, grocery stores, ATM and gas station. Those who like fishing can enjoy their hobby at the lake located just a mile away from the house. Old countryside property with nice plot of land and additional buildings at a good price.
