We offer you a two-storey house in the village of Cherkovna located 3 km from a dam, 15 km from the town of Provadia, 60 km from Varna airport and about 65 km from beaches on our northern Black Sea coast.
Visitors to the municipality can see 26 archeological sites, 8 ancient churches, 185 monuments and 6 museums. A special attraction for tourists is the ancient fortress "Ovech". It was built as a protective facility, but soon after it grew into a larger settlement. At the end of the 16th century the fortress fell into disrepair. It was reconstructed with funds from the pre-accession program "Phare" after the initiative of the municipality of Provadia and today is visited by many tourists.
Other interesting sites to visit in the city are: the rock monastery "Sara Kaya", prehistoric and Thracian mound "Solnitsata", known as the place where the earliest salt mining in Europe, houses-architectural monuments, museums, the clock tower and the active Yusuf Bey Mosque, built in 1623.

The brick and stone house for renovation consists of 5 rooms. The area is ecologically clean. There are foreigners who have bought properties. The yard is 24000 square meters.
