The house is located in a small, calm and quiet village only 23 km. from Plovdiv, one of the most beautiful Bulgarian cities, famous with its centuries-old history. There is plain scenery, exotic nature and natural riches. The house is at the end of the village. It is one storey brick-made property. The snug little real estate has two rooms with wooden flooring and wooden frames, but it needs refreshment repair outside and inside.
