The lovely Bulgarian house you see on these pictures is located in a vivid Bulgarian village in the illustrious Smolyan region. It is in Southern Bulgaria in the Municipality of Laki.
It is wonderfully located in an adorable mountainous region 13 km south from the charming town of Laki at the foothill of the Manastirishte hill and on the smaller peak of Skalata (1511 m above sea level). The small but really marvellous and splendid village in the Rhodope Mountains consists of three areas with three different elevations.
The region is amazingly beautiful, ecologically clean and totally suitable for fishing, hunting, sightseeing, rural tourism and mountaineering. There are lots of interesting inherent temples and chapels here and a variety of pretty green countrysides some of which are named ‘’St. George’’, ‘’Skalata’’, ‘’Livadeto’’ and many more.
The developed district town of Smolyan is 40 km from the charming rural property and the wondrous popular Bulgarian ski resort of Pamporovo is 22 km away. The city of Plovdiv where you can find the nearest international airport is just 65 km from the village.
Amenities you need for standard living throughout the whole year are available in the village: food shops, regular public transport etc. This lovely house we would love to offer on your attention is two-storied and benefits of a vast garden comprising total area of 800 sq.m.
A multitude of fruit trees beautify the garden! There is a parking lot with a capacity for two vehicles. On the ground floor of the property near a ski resort there are three nice bedrooms, a small room and a corridor.

The overall condition of the property in a mountain is good yet it needs modernization in order to be arranged and designed as you would love to. The countryside where it is located is unbelievably beautiful and this could be your perfect holiday home for recreation in close proximity to nature!
