This one-storey house is located in a quiet and picturesque village just 20km. away from the lovely town of Sevlievo. It offers 38 sq. m. of living area and briefly embraces a corridor and two rooms. They are all on dirt flooring and have white-washed walls and ceilings. Generally speaking, the house is presented in bad condition and total refurbishment is needed to be adapted for living. Despite its relatively small size, this house offers the perfect potential for development and can be extended so as to suit a whole family.
The property is provided with electricity and running water is installed outside only. There should be constructed inner bathroom/wc. A telephone line can easily be installed upon the owner’s request.
As for the garden it amounts to 1500 sq. m. Enough space is presented for a garage to be built, and, of course for you to design a decoration of the garden with flowerbeds, fruit trees and vegetables! It is all possible, just let your imagination fly!
The village has good infrastructure and offers different kinds of amenities: medical centre, regular bus transport to the nearest towns. shops, cafes, pubs, It is important to say that, however, this village will provide you with the always-dreamed-of holiday in a peaceful countryside!
