The real estate is located in a small mountainous village, located only 4 km away from the town of Asenovgrad, 15 km away to the city of Plovdiv, which is the 2th biggest city in Bulgaria after the capital city and 55 km away from one of the famous ski resorts in Bulgaria - Pamporovo.
