The village is situated in the valley of the river Kamchiya, 45 km from Varna, 8 km from the town of Dolni chiflik and 20 km from the beach and the sea shore. The village is well-developed infrastructure, a children's garden, a church, a museum of rural life, a restaurant, two libraries, a medical office, a couple of grocery stores, regular public transport to the city of Varna and the surrounding residential areas. At 18 km is one of the largest reservoirs in Bulgaria - Reservoir Tsonevo and 16 km from the reservoir Eleshnitsa. Both reservoirs are rich in fish and attracts anglers from all over Bulgaria. Near the village is the river Kamchiya of dense forest is a picturesque waterfall. The village is located near the hunting grounds of "Sherba." The village has developed infrastructure and it is excellent for permanent residence. The house consists of a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, there are a further extension, which is used as a summer kitchen and another bedroom. Land area - 1000 sq.m. Quiet and peaceful area. 15 minutes by car from the sea and the beach!

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
