The house is one storey and has living area of around 80 sq.m. It consists of corridor, big living room, one bedroom and premise that was used as a kitchen. Beneath the house is the basement which has separate entrance. The basement represents one very big premise – almost under the whole house. The house is in good stable condition, but needs modernization and renovation work as it wasn’t been habitable for several years.
