This small house, situated 300 m. south of the village centre and only 20 km. away from the historical town of Veliko Tarnovo, is more than a century old. Built in 1870, this house is supplied with elictricity and water inside and outside. The property provides 60 sq. m. of living area and consists of an old house, an attached building and a garden of 610 sq. m. The whole house needs renovation both inside and outside. The WC is outside but a big cellar on the ground floor gives opportunity for adjusting it inside.
