This old but solid Bulgarian rural house stands in a peaceful mountainous village 35 km away from Vratsa and 130 km away from the capital city of Sofia where the nearest airport is.

Vratsa region pertains to the most illustrious regions in Bulgaria which impresses its tourists with intact nature, lovely surroundings and an immense variety of outdoor and sports activities. Vratsa region offers to its inhabitants a lot.

The place is ideal if you would love to enjoy the serenity of a mountainous region and if you prefer to stay here for permanent residence, local amenities are available: food shops, regular bus and railway transport, medical care, cafes and restaurants.

The village itself disposes of a bar, a local shop, a post office and bus transport. In the outskirts there is a small hotel with a nice restaurant. The area where the two-storey house stands is beautiful due to its location among forests, fields and hills. This is why the panoramic views are fabulous!

The Bulgarian property is available for sale some 150 m away from the village centre. It represents a nice and cozy house (130 sq.m total area) with several additional outbuildings, a garage and a plot of land that covers an area of 800 sq.m. The ground floor features a kitchen, a corridor, a living room and a basement. Internal stairs lead you to the upper floor that features two bedrooms, two closets and a corridor.

The closets can be converted into a separate bathroom and a toilet. An extension which is not finished is also part of the house. It features three premises – two smaller rooms designed for bathrooms and a bigger room which has a potential for a living room. The garage faces the street and it holds an additional storage area right above it. Electricity and running water are provided and after some good cleanup, the cheap rural house in Bulgaria will turn to a splendid holiday home!
