Shtipsko is a village in Northeastern Bulgaria, part of Valchi dol municipality, Varna region. It is located 45 km from the city of Varna, 4 km from the municipal center of Valchi dol and 7 km from the city of Suvorovo.

The climate is moderate-continental, influenced by the proximity of the eastern slopes of Stara planina - summer is hot, and winter is cold with heavy snowfall. The terrain is hilly and flat, the village is surrounded by greenery. The population is over 150 people. Altitude - 244 m. The old name of the village was Hasrdzhik.

The village has an Orthodox church, a post office, a grocery store, a pensioner's club, a pastry shop, and a community center. Children from the village attend school and kindergarten in the town of Valchi dol, and the costs of transportation are borne by the municipality.
Shtipsko is fully electrified and water-supplied. There are over 70 wells and several village fountains with spring water. The roads are in good condition. Regular bus transport connects the village with the city of Varna and the city of Valchi dol. There is GSM coverage and satellite TV.
