Bulgarianhouse offers to your attention this wonderful rural property in the village of Orlova Mogila, 20 km from the town of Dobrich, 60 km from the town of Varna and 50 km from the sea.
The house is on two levels. The higher part consists of two rooms (16m2 each) and a corridor. The roof and ceiling of this part have been completely replaced, a concrete belt has been built. One of the rooms is above the basement. The lower part (26m2) - summer kitchen - includes a room (12m2), corridor, bathroom/toilet and entrance to the basement.
In the same yard, a plot of about 700 m2 is surrounded, in which hazelnut and forest trees, walnuts and fruit bushes and herbs are planted.
The land of the property is state-owned, which can be bought additionally for about 2000 euros. We assist in this, but it may not be bought in Bulgaria, there are such properties, they don't pay rent, they don't pay anything and they don't take the yard.
The village is located in a protected area "Orlova Mogila" because of the red peony in the nearby forest and the presence of steppe vegetation.
