The house is brick built in 1969 and has living area of 120sq.m distributed between : one room used like a storage and two more rooms. External staircase leads to the second floor where there are three more rooms used at the moment like a bedrooms and a storage roome. Totally there are 7 rooms. There is no internal bathroom and toilet but one of the rooms easily can be converted . Property is supplied with electricity and water. The house is in good stable condition.
