The house is brick built in 1969 and has living area of 120sq.m distributed between : one room used like a storage and two more rooms. External staircase leads to the second floor where there are three more rooms used at the moment like a bedrooms and a storage roome. Totally there are 7 rooms. There is no internal bathroom and toilet but one of the rooms easily can be converted . Property is supplied with electricity and water. The house is in good stable condition. First floor is built with stones and second floor is brick built. All windows has wooden joinery. They can be changed with PVC windows or just refresh them and keep in the condition they are. Property is livable in the condition that is, but to be more comfortable needs refreshment and renovation work.
Garden is vast spreads over 1470sq.m. there is an outbuilding too.
