Around the town of Kardzhali there are several big dam lakes and the mountainous scenery is wonderful here! The area is totally worthy of living! All the necessary amenities for normal living are offered in the Bulgarian village near the Rhodope Mountains. Main priorities of the rural house are the enormous and beautiful garden (1000 sq.m), a parking lot and favourable location at the foothills of the majestic mountain range.
The house has total living space of 110 sq.m and it consists of two floors. On the ground floor there are: a compact entrance, a bedroom and a kitchen. The first floor of the Bulgarian house includes two rooms and an entrance.
Its overall condition is decent yet it needs refreshment so that it becomes absolutely comfortable for permanent living. However, basic home conveniences such as wiring and plumbing are provided.
There is an external toilet but an internal one can be set in the house. The flooring in the rooms is wooden as well as the window frames. The Bulgarian property is located on an easily accessible asphalt road.
