It lies in South-eastern Bulgaria in the Municipality of Straldzha at a distance of 30 km away from the nice district town of Yambol and 60 km away from the lovely large coastal city of Burgas where the nearest international port is situated. This region is appropriate for fishing, outdoor recreation as well as for rural tourism development. The area is ecologically clean and exceptionally illustrious!

Amenities like food shops, cafes, restaurants, a beautiful church, a post office and regular bus transport to the closest inhabited places are offered in the pretty Bulgarian village in a mountain! The owners of this company could teach the English estate agents a lesson or two in customer care. Nothing is too much trouble to them. The whole buying experience went extremely smooothly.
