The village where the property is located, lies in Southeastern Bulgaria in Yambol region. In the vicinity there are many mineral springs and relaxation areas. It is also characterized by rich soils, favourable climate and very good conditions for permanent living. The region is ideal for activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking and recreation in the open air in the surrounding forests.

There is a dam lake nearby. The Bulgarian house that comes for sale with a compact garden is presented in very good and stable condition. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
