This lovely 2-storey house is located in a calm village 15km. away from the town of Ivaylovgrad. The estate was built in 1972 of hale stone and trimmer joists. In the skirts of Rhodopy mountain there is a small river crossing near the property. The property offers 100sq.m. living area.
There is evenly proportioned accommodation over two floors. The First floor provides two rooms based on hardened earth flooring with whitewashed stone - built walls. The rooms on the second floor are with wooden flooring and wooden frames on the windows.
The estate is electricity and running water supplied and there is a septic tank in the yard. A telephone landline could be connected after approval of the telecom.
The state of the house is good and it does not need a lot of work. The doors and the windows have to be changed, the floors have to be repaired and the walls to be washed. Bathroom and toilet should be installed inside the property.
