We offer you a cheap massive house located in a beautiful and lively village located in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Tervel municipality, Dobrich district. It is located 45 km northwest of Dobrich, 22 km east of Tervel and 100 km north of Varna.
The village has a town hall, health service, grocery stores, cafe, post office, park with a beautiful rose garden, kindergarten, school, community center with a rich library. The village is fully electrified and supplied with water. There is internet access and coverage of all mobile operators. The roads are in excellent condition - the section Dobrich - Silistra was completely renewed in 2011. There is a regular bus transport to the towns of Tervel and Dobrich and the surrounding villages.
Nature is remarkable. There are many old fountains, several of which still run today. The area 'Uzun Kulak' is dotted with various trees, which give a unique beauty to the area. To the southeast of the village passes Suha Reka, a beautiful canyon with a stocked dam and many beautiful waterfowl. Near the village there are forests, meadows, arable land, there are caves nearby. There is groundwater that has been "caught" and used to build two large fountains near the village.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from So after coming home, now with a better understanding of what your money can buy, the different things to look out for and the vastly different regions of the country, we asked Kiki to assist us with our search. With this newfound knowledge and her help, we quickly condensed a list of 30 potentials down to just 2, and then after Kiki did some investigation into the legal side of both the properties, we made our choice. When it comes to customer service, she helped us every step of the way, from suggesting houses that offered what we were looking for to guiding us through the legal process and completing the sale. She has consistently delivered on her promises and has always been just a phone call or message away - Which actually helped alleviate a lot of the possible anxiety linked to buying a house in another country… Not to mention choosing to do right in the middle of the Brexit negotiations. To be honest, the whole process has been a breeze with her help and I would certainly recommend her and to anyone who is looking to do the same.
