It is a pleasure for us to offer for sale a nice rural two-storey house with a big plot of land situated in the beautiful Bulgarian Montana region. This property combines excellent location in the mountains and extremely low price! It is disposed 30 km away from the regional city of Montana and approximately 120 km away from the capital city of Sofia and the nearest international airport (Sofia Airport).

Montana region is characterized by various relief, mainly hilly; beautiful mountainous landscape, lovely clean nature and great conditions for residence and holidays. The presence of plenty of mineral springs makes the region great for balneo tourism. The area around the Bulgarian property for sale also features many artificial lakes that are perfect for fishing.

Some 20 km away from the rural house you can find the well known SPA resort of Varshets.
