The inhabited place where the property stands, is situated 26 km away from the lovely resort of Saint Vlas, 34 km away from the attractive resort Pomorie , 63 km away from another beautiful and popular resort – Chernomorets; 40 km away from the regional city of Burgas and 34 km away from the Sarafovo International Airport.

The Bulgarian village near the Black Sea is scenically situated at the foot of the eastern parts of the majestic Balkan Mountains. The Hadhiyska River flows very close to the settlement thus making it a great place for fishing, camping and outdoor recreation. There are about 100 houses in the village and the infrastructure is good.

The inhabited place disposes of essential amenities such as shops, bars, a post office and regular bus service.
