Kavarna area is not the typical sea resort. It attracts mainly with its untouched nature,dramatic cliffs and Black Sea's prettiest beaches. I can honestly say that Kiki made the house buying experience in Bulgaria wonderful from start to finish. Because of Covid, we were unable to visit the property (which we bought one year prior to being able to visit it). Kiki faithfully sent photos, videos, arranged insurance, organised all legal matters, her husband even helped fix our shower! When the time came that we were able to come to Bulgaria Kiki and her partner drove out to visit it with us and even helped us meet the neighbour. There is no way that we would have gotten such a personalised and 'above and beyond' service in the uk.
