This old rural house is situated at the end of a small and peaceful village approximately 30 km away from the administrative centre of Kardjali.
The property comprises of a one-storey stone house with 100sq.m of living area. The property is distributed between two corridors, 4 rooms and a bathroom. The flooring is a concrete one, the walls are made of stone, and the window frames are wooden. Neglected for quite some time, the house is in basic condition and does need overall repair and renovation, including construction of a new inner bathroom/w c. The property is running water (in and outside the house) supplied; the electricity can be reconnected and a new septic tank is needed to be built. There is an outbuilding next to the house, which can be transformed into summer kitchen or a guesthouse.
The road leading to the village is asphalt, but it does not lead to the house. Its future owners could lead it to the property.
The garden spreads over 1000 sq. m. It is well maintained and planted with different kinds of fruit trees. There is enough space to arrange a parking lot for a few cars. The region is suitable for rural tourism and mountaineering. The distance to Pamporovo ski resort is 130km; Sunny Beach is situated 300 km away. There are no local shops but twice a week a mobile shop brings goods to the village. At a distance of 3km, there is another bigger village where you can find other basic amenities such as food shops and cafes. You can transform this estate into a wonderful vacation villa and enjoy the amazing views towards the neighboring mountain hills.
