The village where the Bulgarian property is located has extremely illustrious surroundings and Kardzhali region could be the spot where you will find your best holiday home!

At an elevation of 565 m above sea level, the vivid village lies in Southern Bulgaria in the magically beautiful Rhodope Mountains! It stands right on the bank of the Arda River and the distance to Ardino, the nearest town, is only 23 km. The fabulous winter resort of Pamporovo lies 65 km away from the village and the International Plovdiv Airport lies 138 km away.

The area where the massive Bulgarian property is disposed is hilly and it offers great conditions for hunting, fishing, mountaineering and alternative tourism. The village is small but it is suitable for permanent residence because it is close to the town of Ardino where you can find all the necessary amenities and services for all-year-round living.

The entire property consists of a three-storied stone built house with an accommodation of 155 sq.m; one parking lot and an extensive garden (1000 sq.m) which is landscaped with fruit trees, trellis vines and flowers.
