You can make a reservation of the property immediately by means of a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer.
After receiving the deposit, the property will be reserved for a period of 14 to 30 days, after which a preliminary contract of sale should be signed.
The commission paid to the agency is 3% of the purchase price (but not less than 500 Euros) and is due upon signing the preliminary contract of sale.

As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
