Rural property with quiet location situated in a nice village 100 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria. The real estate consists of main building, annex, big barn and plot of land. The house has one floor with three premises and corridor. You enter into the corridor and from here you get access to all three rooms. To the right you can enter into the bedroom while if you go to the left you pass through a small dining room and you get into the spacious living room. Next to the house is the annex. It holds two rooms – a small kitchenette and living room with dining area. In the yard one can find the barn and a few small outbuildings. The barn is big and solid. It has one floor which has two big storage rooms and spacious workshop. The previous owner was a carpenter and he used the building for that purpose. From the corner of it one can enjoy nice panoramic views towards the distant mountain range of the Stara Planina Mountains which are located 10-15 miles away. There is a bus stop just 100 meters away by foot from the property. The center of the village is within about ten minutes walking distance from here. There one can find the main bus stop, the public square, the local church, post office, mayor`s office, shop, cafe-bar. The nearest town is about 10 km away from here and is the seat of the local council. There you can find shops, supermarkets, farmer`s market, hospital, dental care, police station, gas stations, fire station, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, pharmacy, cinema, construction material stores, library, train station, etc. It takes about two hours to get from Sofia International Airport to the train station in the near town. If you travel by car it will take you approximately the same amount of time. From the town you can catch a bus and arrive in the village for additional 10-15 minutes. In less than half an hour drive from the property one can visit many interesting tourist sites in the area such as monasteries, historical monuments and landmarks, rock formations, etc. If you like fishing or hunting the area around the village provides good conditions for those activities. Cycling, wildlife and landscape photography, or painting are also hobbies that one can practice here. Old rural property with quiet location and nice views at a very good price.
