The village, where the property is located, is situated in the Rhodopy Mountain. The hamlet is only 5 km away from the town of Ivaylovgrad and 1 km away from the Greek border and offers amenities such as food stores and cafe-bars, bus transport to the town. Here is developed the vine-growing.
