This two-storey stone estate is located in a quiet village 35km. away from town of Kardjali and 40km. from the administrative town of Haskovo. The village is close to the big dam Studen kladenec and the river of Arda, which are only 5km. away from it. The estate is situated in the center of the village on top of the hill. The living area of the house is 80 sq. m. It is one – storey build. The house comprises of three rooms, based on concrete flooring with whitewashed walls made of stone. The windows are with wooden frames. In addition, there is a cellar of 20sq.m. The property is electricity, running water in and outside the house supplied. A septic tank is provided. There is no bathroom or toilet.
The road to the house is asphalt and it is reachable in the winter times.
The garden spreads over 300sq.m. and there is an outbuilding of 60sq.m.
There is a garage for one car next to the house, which has to be repaired. Briefly, the house is in a good condition, but needs some slight repairs and refreshment. Bathroom has to be installed inside. The outbuilding after renovation can be transformed into another house for living or in summer kitchen.
The dam Studen kladenec is appropriate for fishing, swimming, and the river of Arda, too. There are only 6km. to the Thracian tombs-very ancient place. The population of the village is about 250 people. There are shop, bus-station, etc. The village is quiet and benefits of beautiful nature. It is perfect place for relaxation or to live there.
