We offer you a cheap property only 23 km southwest of Varna, 23 km from the beach and 10 km south of Beloslav and Beloslav Lake. The area is amazing and the air is clean and fresh. The population is over 1200 people. The relief is hilly-flat, there are bizarre rock formations in the area. The climate is temperate continental, influenced by the proximity of the Black Sea. It is characterized by cool summers and mild winters. The village has a kindergarten, school, community center with library, food exchange, grocery stores, post office, gas station, cafes, 5 inns, emergency medical center, dentist's office, pensioner's club, Orthodox church built in 1868 , family hotel, football stadium with adjoining sports base, astronomical observatory.
A very good infrastructure has been built in Avren - the roads are in good condition, there is a good transport connection with the regional center of Varna and all settlements in the municipality. The village is electrified and has water supply, there is a possibility for gasification. The inhabitants of the village have access to all modern communications - internet, telephone, satellite TV, coverage of all mobile operators, and an information center has been built. Only 3 km from the village there is a dam, next to which there is an animation and tasting point "Fisherman's hut".
The area is ecologically clean and the nature is preserved. On the territory of the municipality there is a rich variety of natural and cultural landmarks and tourist trails, which creates suitable conditions for the development of cultural, rural and eco tourism. Climatic conditions favor the development of viticulture and wine production. The beautiful nature, the clean air and the tranquility that the village offers, as well as its proximity to the city of Varna make it a desirable place for recreation and permanent living. In total, more than 100 foreigners have bought properties in Avren, mostly from Great Britain and Ireland, but there are also owners from France and other European countries. Seven children from England study at the village school. The beach of Kamchia near the village of Avren is one of the largest sandy beaches on our coast with a total area of 192 decares.
