It is a pleasure for us to present to you a charming and very spacious rural Bulgarian house located in the beautiful Vratsa region. Just 25 km away from the town of Vratsa, the village is characterized by intact and extremely clean nature and enthralling mountain views. Vratsa stands about 112 km away from Sofia and the international airport and it is definitely a site of immense tourist interest due to the proximity to the Balkan Mountains and the Vrachanski Balkan Nature Park.

The region in the North-western part of the country is a great and attractive spot for extreme sports, mountaineering as well as for fishing and hunting. All the essentials for normal all-year-round living are available in the charming village. The large Bulgarian rural property is composed of two floors with a total accommodation of 200 sq.m.
