The property lies in a beautiful serene village in Southeastern Bulgaria and it is part of the Municipality of Bolyarovo. The settlement is disposed approximately 5 km away from the town of Bolyarovo, 20 km from the town of Elhovo, 57 km from the city of Yambol as well as 80 km from the Black Sea Coast and the city of Burgas.

The Sarafovo International Airport lies 89 km away from the rural property for sale. The village and the area around it are full of wonderful sites suitable for camping, picnicking, hunting, fishing and perfect relaxation in the open air, in general. Several most needed amenities are available in the inhabited place: food shops, bus stops, a post office etc.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
