This nice and cheap Bulgarian house is an ideal investment option for those of you who love peace and quiet! Entirely surrounded by greenery and splendid nature, the cheap property is now available for sale in a pretty village in Southern Bulgaria, in Stara Zagora region.

The inhabited place stands 40 km from the developed regional city of Stara Zagora, 24 km from the town of Galabovo and approximately 120 km from the Plovdiv Airport which is the nearest international airport. The scenic village where the rural house is situated, lies almost in the central part of the Upper Thracian Plain less than 10 km north of the large and beautiful Maritsa River.

It is located in the Municipality of Opan and it is suitable mainly for holidays. There are few local amenities which include regular bus lines, food shops etc. The area is predominantly hilly and with various altitude.

The settlement near Stara Zagora is a unique place for relaxing and at the same time it stands not far away from a regional city where you will find a huge number of facilities, supermarkets, schools, shopping malls and other conveniences a big city offers!

As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
