This lovely and picturesque Bulgarian village where the massive property is right now available for sale, is one well developed settlement which is disposed among divine nature! Elhovo region is one of the most desirable places as far as rural property investment is concerned and many foreigners prefer it even for constant living! The village lies 30 km away from the town of Elhovo and 140 km away from the Sarafovo Airport.

Its permanent population is about 1000 people. Around the inhabited place you can find lots of sites suitable for hunting, fishing and relaxation in the open air! Just 2 km away from the village there is a wonderful monastery named ‘’Holy Trinity’’ established during the Second Bulgarian Empire. The Bulgarian property is situated in a captivating countryside with abounding greenery, fresh air, clean and non-industrial environment and mild climate.

If you prefer to live here permanently, the inhabited place offers all the necessary facilities. It disposes of food shops, postal service, a school, a library, a gas station and two bakeries. Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
