The uniquely charming seaside village where this completed Bulgarian house stands, is located in Burgas region. More than 2000 residents live in the inhabited place. The village is beautifully located in a flat area on the road to the town of Malko Tarnovo at an approximate distance of 26 km away from the Burgas Airport, 16 km away from the regional city of Burgas, 30 km away from the popular coastal resort of Sozopol and 20 km away from the serene resort of Chernomorets.

Only 500 m away from the village there is a river offering good conditions for fishing, camping, unforgettable recreation and delightful views. Very close to the village you can find one divinely beautiful protected area named Chengene Skele which is part of the European Natura 2000 Network. West of the inhabited place you will see an interesting rock formation called ‘’Zyapnaliat Kamak’’.

Nature is the most wonderful asset of this region! The three-storey Bulgarian house near the Black Sea is situated close to local amenities which include: shops, restaurants, cafes, a kindergarten, a school and many churches. The building is massive and basically completed yet very conveniently distributed and supplied with the essential home installations.

It has the huge living area of 390 sq.m and it consists of the following rooms: downstairs there are a bedroom, a large living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a bathroom with WC, one more toilet and a spacious veranda with a lovely sea view. The next floor holds a garage and another premise, a big bedroom with en suite, a terrace, a closet, two more compact bedrooms each of which has a toilet, terrace and laundry room. The top floor is designed as an attic space where a big room with a terrace, a bathroom and WC are disposed.

A fireplace for heating is available and some more features of the property near the Black Sea are five-chamber PVC joinery, air conditioning, brick construction, sewerage and a garden plot (505 sq.m). When we started our journey to buy a property in Bulgaria post Brexit I was told by a friend, trust Kiki, she can sort it. Well she did, we are now the proud owners of our dream home in Bulgaria. We currently live in the UK and will be emigrating as soon as we can get our visa sorted, hopefully early next year. From the start Kiki has supported and assisted us throughout,  from the initial agreement to purchase, sorting the notary and personally assisting us with opening a bank account (which in itself is no mean feat) Kiki managed it all. No words can do justice to how professional and helpful she is, I cannot recommend her highly enough and can only promise you, Kiki can sort it.
