The uniquely charming seaside village where this completed Bulgarian house stands, is located in Burgas region. More than 2000 residents live in the inhabited place. The village is beautifully located in a flat area on the road to the town of Malko Tarnovo at an approximate distance of 26 km away from the Burgas Airport, 16 km away from the regional city of Burgas, 30 km away from the popular coastal resort of Sozopol and 20 km away from the serene resort of Chernomorets.

Only 500 m away from the village there is a river offering good conditions for fishing, camping, unforgettable recreation and delightful views. Very close to the village you can find one divinely beautiful protected area named Chengene Skele which is part of the European Natura 2000 Network. West of the inhabited place you will see an interesting rock formation called ‘’Zyapnaliat Kamak’’.
