This two-storey house is located 50km away from the town of Kardjali. Situated at the end of a quiet village it spreads over 50sq.m of living area and 500sq.m garden. The estate presents 2 rooms and a hall with concrete flooring on the ground floor and 2 rooms and a hall with wooden flooring, stone walls and wooden window frames on the first floor. There are no bathroom and WC inside but it is easy to be built. No electricity and running water are available. Electricity can be reconnected. There is no water but it could be provided from the local springs. A new septic tank is required to be built. The property needs a serious repair work - the windows and the doors need to be changed.
Located in a mountain area the view from the property is splendid; surrounded by oak trees the air is fresh and clean. The area is also appropriate for hunting, mountaineering and rural tourism.
The road to the property is a dirt one but it is reachable throughout the year. There are no local shops and regular bus transport in the village. The nearest village is at a distance of 5km, where you can find all necessary amenities.
