This large and solid rural Bulgarian property stands in a wondrous small village in Plovdiv region. Entirely encircled by divine nature, the inhabited place offers to its visitors and residents outstanding opportunities for outdoor recreation, eco and rural tourism! It is part of the Municipality of Brezovo and it is not densely populated.

The pretty settlement disposes of food shops, a library, bus service and lots of sites for hunting and fishing. One very nice fishing dam is situated just a few km away from the Bulgarian property. The area is beautiful, serene, very clean and hilly. One small river flows straight through the village. Viticulture is very well developed here in this region.

Brezovo, the municipal center is excellent for sightseeing! It is a very friendly town disposed 35 km away from the city of Plovdiv where the nearest airport can be found. The Thrace highway (Trakia in Bulgarian) stands about 12 km away from the rural house. Plovdiv is an excellent Bulgarian city and it is the fourth largest city in the country. It is considered a city of exceptional cultural, historical and tourism significance!

I first found this company on the internet and found the site really easy to understand and gave me alot of information! I arranged to go over for a viewing trip in November 2010 with a friend as my husband couldnt make it. We were pick up from sofia airport. over the next 5days we went from one end of Bulgaria to the other covering over 1600km (Bulgaria is Beautiful)Each night we stayed in a different hotel, which was checked every time to see if it was to our liking!They even took us to a chemist to get us something for our coughs!!! Dont think an English Estate agent would of done that!! We were looked after the WHOLE time and they answered all of my questions, some times over and over again!! They have helped with paperwork and accounts which have to be set up! NOTHING was tooo much trouble for these lovley,lovely people and im buying with confidence!
