This property is located 80 km away from the town of Kardzhali in the eastern part of Rhodopy Mounatins. This is old two – storey stone house, which consists of 100 sq. m. On the first floor, you can find two rooms and small corridor. The flooring of the corridor is earth. The walls are stone – built and the frames of the window are wooden.
The first and the second floor are connected with outside wooden staircase. The second floor is located like that the first floor. There is only one difference, the flooring there is wooden.
The bathroom, WC, running water and telephone lines are not provided but that can be easily maded. Outside, in the garden, there is a well, which can be used.
Electricity is provided in the property.
The walls of the house are in a good condition, but the estate needs inside renovation.
To the house, leads an asphalt road, which makes it accessible all year.
The real estate benefits of a garden, which is 1500 sq. m. vast. There is a septic tank, which is provided outside the house and another building is also available. This building can be transformed into another living house, a BBQ area or a garage, too.
This village is suitable for relax, because of the nature and the amazing view. The nearest town is only 10 km away. There you can find all necessary amenities, but if you prefer, in the village there are also local shops. To the village, there is a regular bus transport.
In 2008 will be open a new border with Greece and it will be only 20 km away from the village.
