This is a single-storey Bulgarian house which is offered on your attention and which you can find in the town of Elhovo, Yambol region. It is situated in a beautiful and non-industrial area that is suitable for fishing, hunting, eco tourism and hiking. That is the right spot for excellent recreation in the open-air! The nearest town is Yambol (35 km) and the nearest airport which is in the modern city of Burgas is about 110 km far from the property.

The town of Elhovo is situated close to the Tundzha river and between the Sakar and Strandzha mountains which makes it a lovely place to live in all-year-round. In the vicinity there are forests and one dam lake. Besides, its infrastructure is developed and the basic services and amenities are available: local food shops, medical care, schools, restaurants, pharmacies, a post office, regular bus lines to the adjoining settlements and many others.

The lovely house occupies total living space of 60 sq.m and its well-sized and landscaped garden plot stretches over 620 sq.m. It has a lot of fruit trees. The ground floor of the maintained property consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a corridor. The toilet is external.

It may be an old house which needs some modernization but its condition is good. The location on an asphalt road makes it easily accessible all the time, even in heavy snow. The house is electrified, water supplied and is connected to the main drainage of the town.

I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
