The nearest town is Popovo located just 5 km far from the maintained Bulgarian property. Popovo is a nice and friendly town situated in northeastern Bulgaria which has regular transport links to the nearest settlements.

One of the biggest dam lakes in Bulgaria is located close to the town of Popovo – Yastrebino (20 km). One dam lake is located only 1 km far from the rural house.

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable.
