This is an old, authentic, mountain house, which is located 18 km. away from the city of Troian.
The house was built in 1920. It contains two floors and a basement. The basement is 18 sq. m. big. On the first floor, there are three rooms and on the second floor, there are three rooms, an internal staircase, a terrace, verandah and a shelter. On the first and on the second floor, there are fireplaces. There is earthen flooring. The walls are white-washed. The windows are two-wing and glazed.
Electricity and water outside is available. A telephone line can easily be installed. For heating electricity and firewood can both be used. WC is outside.
The house certainly needs total restoration. The roof is renovated (the beams and the roof-tiles are changed).
An asphalt road leads to the house and makes it reachable all year.
The garden is 600 sq. m. big. There are farm buildings and a barn. The property has no garage, but there are good conditions for one to be built.
The village offers a mayor office, shops, culture center, restaurant and un internet club. The Troian Monastery is 25 km. away from the village.
