The village where the property is located is quiet, with several food stores, pubs, a church, a community cultural centre, and a library, bus service to the nearest towns and villages is available. The view from the property is towards the nearby hills and the village.
The region is wonderful to spend your holidays and for permanent stay. It is in beauty natured place with preserved wild nature, providing opportunities for hunting and fishingThis single storey house is situated in the outskirts of the pretty village - only 12 km from the town of Harmanli. The region is perhaps most well known for its wealth of water reservoirs that are popular fishing spots. The house offers accommodation of 65 sq m living area and consists of two rooms and a corridor.
The condition of the property is not good, however is has a stable construction. It needs total renovation to be brought to western standards, in which our local building brigades will be glad to help. The toilet and the bathroom have to be relocated inside the house. At the moment there is no electricity available but it is easy to be installed upon a request. Telephone line is easy to install upon a request. The house comes with very big garden of 5000 sq m., which gives you an opportunity for an extension or new building in the future or to install a swimming pool for example.
