The mayor of Balchik sayd: “We have a wonderful preliminary design for the construction of a fishing port”. Now the fishing vessels use our yacht marina, and this is not appropriate. We have prepared a fantastic, in our opinion, design for the construction of “Echo” park in the area with the same name. The area is 3 hectares and it is located in the very centre of Balchik.
