The very well maintained rural Bulgarian property is situated in a quiet and picturesque village in Targovishte region. It is a friendly village located 16 km northeast from the district town of Targovishte, 37 km south from the town of Razgrad, 26 km west from the town of Shumen and 111 km far from the Varna International Airport. It has a population of about 650 people.
The village lies in the eastern part of the pretty Danubian Plain at an elevation of 200 m. A beautiful mountain and a dam lake are very close to this village. Both the mountain and the dam lake are named Fisek. The region is perfect for rural tourism, fishing, hunting and wonderful recreation! Besides, it has convenient location close to the Sofia-Varna highway.
The village is very well developed in terms of agriculture, cattle-breeding and the production of grains, sunflower, vegetables, whey and barley. One of the most interesting sites you can visit is the mountainous spot named ‘’Fisek’’. This is an interesting round-shaped rock massif which is sharply detached from the mountain. It has four peaks the highest of which rises at a height of 500 m. Another wonderful natural tourist attraction is the site ‘’Parka’’ which is ideal for relaxation. In the region there are plenty of mineral springs with healing water.
The beautiful renovated rural house has one floor which includes a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. An external toilet is also available in the property. It benefits of a beautifully landscaped piece of land that spreads over 1465 sq.m. It is full of fruit trees such as apples, cherries, sour cherries and vine arbors. The yard features also many pine-trees and fir-trees. The slope is southern.
Additional outbuildings which provide even more living space can be found in the garden, as well. Thus, there is space for three more rooms. Other priorities are a stove, two fountains and garden lighting that complement the overall coziness of the Bulgarian property! PVC joinery, laminated flooring, running water and electricity are all available in the rural house.
