The rural one-storey house is situated in a village 22 km away from the city of Pleven and 1 km away from highway Sofia-Rouse. The estate is situated in the end of the village, not far-away from a dam.
The building was built in 1948. The living area spreads over 100 sq. m. The house consists of two rooms and a corridor. The walls are white washed. The flooring is chip boarded and the windows are two-winged, with glasses. The floor of the corridor is cemented.
Electricity and water are provided, as the water is outside the house. The possibly resources for heating in winter are firewood and electricity. The telephone landline is not provided, but it can easily be installed.
The estate needs only a minor repair and refreshment. The road leading to the house and providing in a winter access is asphalt and macadam.
The garden area is well-mainted and spreads over 850 sq. m. It is planted with some fruit trees and offers draw-well with water pump. A septic tank is available.
There is a summer kitchen, which is attached to the main house. The summer kitchen, there is one room, a cellar and a corridor, as the walls of the corridor are white washed. The walls of the room are white washed and the flooring is a chip boarded. The windows are two-winged and glassed. The flooring of the cellar is cemented.
The area is quiet and it is appropiate for fishing and hunting.
