This two-store stone house is disposed at the beginning of a small and quiet village. It was built in 1960 and spreads over 80sq.m of living area distributed between the two floors. The garden, which is planted with fruit trees, is 1000sq.m.
The ground floor provides 2 rooms and a foyer. The flooring is a concrete one, walls are stone and the window frames are wooden. The first floor consists of two more rooms and a foyer. The flooring here is wooden. An external WC is available, but it is possible an internal one to be built.
