This Bulgarian house is cozily nestled in the outskirts of a pretty village in the incredibly picturesque Smolyan region. Standing at an elevation of 965 m above sea level, this sunny mountainous village in Southern Bulgaria is a great place for you to escape from the noisy urban life and experience the pure natural beauty of the magnificently beautiful Rhodope Mountains!

It lies just 15 km away from the district town of Smolyan and 30 km away from the marvellous and prominent winter resort of Pamporovo. The International Plovdiv Airport is situated 112 km away from the village. In the vicinity you can enjoy mountaineering, hunting and eco tourism. The cozy Bulgarian property incorporates one two-storied house (135 sq.m), one parking lot, some massive and functional outbuildings and a large garden plot that spreads over 1513 sq.m.
