Belgun is a village in northeastern Bulgaria, part of Kavarna Municipality, Dobrich District. It is located 20 km north of the municipal center of Kavarna, 78 km northeast of Varna and 44 km east of Dobrich.

The village is located in a quiet, peaceful and ecologically clean area among flat terrain. The climate is temperate-continental and is characterized by hot and dry summers, warm autumns, cold winters with heavy snowfalls and cool but sunny springs. The population is about 380 people. Altitude - 126 m.

The village has a primary school, which has a gym, well-equipped computer room and school chair. It trains children from the villages of Neykovo, Septemvriytsi, Travnik and Bilo. Free transportation and free meals for traveling students are provided.
Belgun also has a community center with a library, an Orthodox church opened in 1938, grocery stores, a café, a post office, a doctor's office and a town hall.
The village is fully electrified and supplied with water. The roads are in good condition and regular bus transport connects the village with the town of Kavarna and the surrounding villages. There is coverage of all mobile operators and telephone exchange.
A base for grain production and a cow farm have been built on the territory of the village.
It is interesting that in the past the local farmers cultivated their land with camels.

Belgun is a quiet village with well-developed infrastructure, located in an ecologically clean area, where agriculture is developed.
Given its location and climatic features of the region, the village offers excellent conditions for the construction of wind and photovoltaic parks.
The fertile lands around the village are cultivated by an agricultural cooperative, which provides seasonal employment for some of the local people. It develops mainly grain production and dairy cattle breeding.
