This nice and cheap rural Bulgarian house is presented for sale in good condition. You can find it in a pretty village located in the Popovo Municipality, Targovishte region. It is also close to the main road Pleven – Veliko Tarnovo – Sofia. The village is situated in northeastern Bulgaria 11 km west from the nice town of Popovo at an elevation of 300 m.
It lies close to five beautiful hills and there is a small river flowing through the village. The nearest airport is in the city of Varna located at an approximate distance of 170 km far from the Bulgarian property. Other towns and cities which surround the village are the district town of Targovishte (40 km), Veliko Tarnovo (50 km) and Razgrad (38 km). The distance to the capital city is approximately 260 km. The village has very well developed infrastructure and features local food shops, a temple, a kindergarten and an electrical appliances factory.
