The Bulgarian two-storied property lies 15 km away from Elhovo and 125 km from the Black Sea, the city of Burgas and the airport. This pretty and friendly village is in the southern part of Bulgaria and is characterized by mild climate and fertile soil. Many people from Great Britain have already bought their rural homes right in this village. The small Sinapovska river flows through the village.

The region is perfect for activities like fishing, hunting, village tourism and picnicking.
