‘’Bulgarian House’’ presents seaside one-bedroom apartments in the beautiful sea resort of Pomorie located 10 km away from Burgas and the airport and 18 km from another splendid resort – Sunny Beach. Pomorie is situated in southeastern Bulgaria on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. Pomorie is an ancient settlement and nowadays, it is a culturally significant tourist destination. Literally translated, its name is derived from the Greek words for ‘’anchi-‘’ - ‘’close to’’ and ‘’als’’-poetic word for ‘’sea’’ – Anchialos.

These apartments are part of a newly built residential building in the resort center that is just 100 meters away from the beach. Each one of the apartments has living area of 67 sq.m and consists of one bedroom and one bathroom. There are two finishing options that are also offered: The first one (plaster) includes fine plaster of walls and ceilings, aligned cement plaster on the floors and interior doors. The second one (decoration) includes air-conditioning, fine plaster of ceiling and walls, latex paint, laminated flooring, faienced floor of the bathroom, interior and MDF exterior doors. I can only reiterate what many have said before. I bought a house sight unseen and only had photos to work with. Kunka (Kiki) provided many additional photos and a video upon request. She has the patience of a saint when dealing with a never-ending barrage of questions. The purchase was completed within the specified timeframe (the first Brexit date) without any problems and Kiki is now helping me arrange for renovation work. I had to use a Power of Attorney to undertake the purchase and despite having to make an unexpected trip to Hanoi to notarize documents, all went smoothly. I would therefore recommend Kiki and her company without reservation and most likely will use her services again at a future date.
