The small and cozy Bulgarian house is available in a pretty village that is located in a lovely countryside near a magnificent mountain, Vratsa region. This region is characterized by a large diversity of rocks, waterfalls, caves and many natural parks which are ideal places for recreation.

Besides, it is not far from the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia – the distance to it and to the International Airport is 110 km. The nice town of Montana is 40 km away from the district town of Vratsa. This is probably the right spot for you if you like fishing, hunting, mountaineering and picnicking! The lovely property lies in an incredible serene and illustrious countryside. The views towards the surrounding hills and the forest are just fascinating!

Probably the best estate agent in Bulgaria. As a recently married couple looking to give up the grind of 8-6 mon-fri rat-race lifestyle... but without enough money to actually do so at home in the UK. We have always been adventurous, but after watching the series ‘Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild’, the idea of just quitting our jobs and moving away to start something completely new, suddenly seemed very doable. We booked some tickets and flew over to see how it could be possible to buy a whole house for less than your standard deposit back home. In order to view some of these properties, in the beginning, we were in talks with a number of different agents and even a lawyer!, but the only person who actually seemed to care about helping us find our dream home that was right for us (and not about taking our money), was a lady called Kiki from BulgarianHouse.com.
